Stating that he isa permanent resident of Puducherry and his daughterhad passed Higher Secondary Course during the academic year 2014-16 and due tonon-publication of Academic Performance of Engineering Colleges affiliated toPondicherry University, he was not able to admit his daughter in any one of the colleges affiliated to it. Puducherry University and against the wishes of his familymembers, he was constrained to admit his daughter in Sri Sairam Engineering Collegeaffiliated to Anna University,in Tamil Nadu during the academic year 2015-16.
