"The judgement and order under appeal rendered by learned Single Judge, thus does not warrant any interference. The specials are hereby dismissed " the court said.
The court refused to uphold the selection.
A division bench of Justice Amreshwar Pratap Sahi and Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya hearing 10 special appeals, including one filed by the state government, challenging the judgement and single judge's order of August 24, 2016.
The select list which was also challenged before the single judge had also been quashed.
A direction had further been issued by the single judge to prepare the result of main written examination and declare the same afresh keeping in view the observations made therein.
