The new branch, inaugurated by Odisha Chief Secretary Gokul Chandra Pati, will remain open six days a week, offering residents the flexibility to carry out their banking transactions at the time most convenient for them.
"Our extensive branch network in Odisha reiterates our commitment to take formal banking services to every part of the state. We are happy to serve the local populace, and by offering them our full range of banking services, even in rural ares, we hope to make a difference in their lives," Debashis Senapati, Zonal Head, HDFC Bank said at the launch
As of December 31, 2014, the Bank had a distribution network with 3,659 branches and 11,633 ATMs in 2,287 cities/towns, it said.
The Bank has made significant headway in its multichannel servicing strategy in Odisha, providing customers the use of its complete range of products and services, the release added.
