Bikaner and Jaisalmer recorded as the hottest places in the state with maximum temperature of 45.5 degrees Celsius each, the Met department said.
Maximum temperatures at Churu, Jodhpur, Barmer and Sriganganagar was recorded maximum of 45.1, 44, 43.8 and 43.4 degrees Celsius respectively.
The day temperatures in Jaipur and Ajmer was 41.2 and 40.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
Meanwhile, light to moderate rainfall also occurred at isolated places in Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer and Bikaner divisions since yesterday.
The Met department has forecast heat wave conditions in the state during the next 24 hours.
