'Hercules' helmer Brett Ratner has been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman, who was reportedly injured at his home during a party after the film's premiere.
Lauryn Flynn, 42, claims she was among the guests partying at Ratner's basement when someone accidentally broke a glass table.
She said she was struck in the leg with glass shards and tore her Achilles tendon. She was taken to the hospital that night. The injury left her with a total of 87 stitches, said The Hollywood Reporter.
Flynn complains she has not been unable to work since the incident, according to the lawsuit. She is seeking unspecified damages.
