The movie is based on a book by Daniel Simon, who was the vehicle designer in 'Tron: Uprising' and 'Captain America: The First Avenger', reported Variety.
The story will reportedly take place at a far away galaxy called Galaxion where futuristic concepts ranging from spaceships, pods, race cars, giant trains, warships, and balloons exist in everyday life.
