The 29-year-old star, who recently parted ways with her trainer Jason Walsh, was having meal with her girl friend before they were joined by Eastwood at the restaurant, reported E! Online.
"At one point, she was very flirtatious with Scott. The two talked for quite some time. Hilary was all smiles and looked happier than ever despite her recent split," a source said.
The two reportedly followed up the dinner with a visit to a nightclub nearby.
