The HPCC, which met here today under the chairmanship of state party chief Sukhvinder Singh Sukkhu, discussed strategy for the polls and decided to hold worker conclaves in all organisational districts.
The first worker conclave would be held at Palampur on May 25 and all the districts would be covered by the end of June.
Committees would be set up at booth-level and conventions would be held in every district in which Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, MLAs and senior party leaders would participate.
Sukkhu said that the Congress was ideologically united while the BJP was spreading rumours that some Congressmen are contemplating joining the saffron party.
