"Acting on a tip-off, the STF conducted raids with local police, and busted the racket," a spokesperson said today.
The raids were conducted at three locations in Kanpur in which four persons were arrested. The arrested accused were identified as Sandeep Srivastava, Jasmeet, Deepak Lamba and Rajesh Agarwal.
The team seized Rs 20 lakh cash, laptop, several mobile phones, books displaying betting rates and diaries.
