Himachal Pradesh witnesses marginal drop in max temp

Parts of Himachal Pradesh today experienced a dry day even as strong winds blew through the region bringing down the mercury by a few notches.
Nahan and Sundernagar recorded a high of 32.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Bhuntar 31.5 degrees Celsius, Solan 30 degrees Celsius, Dharmshala 29.2 degrees Celsius, Shimla 24 degrees Celsius, Manali 23 degrees Celsius and Kalpa 19.5 degrees Celsius.
Minimum temperatures also dropped by one to two notches and Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti district recorded a low of 0.1 degrees Celsius, followed by Kalpa 5 degrees Celsius, Manali 6 degrees Celsius and Bhuntar 9.4 degrees Celsius.

The MeT department here has predicted thunderstorm accompanied with squall and hail at isolated places in mid and lowers hills tomorrow and the day after.
