The RSS have never compromised with the national interest and nationalism as they were the true devotees of Hindutva, which is a symbol of nationalism, Das said.
He was addressing a gathering after inaugurating the 'Raja Bhau Memorial Building' of the RSS here.
Das said political parties have divided the society on caste and creed for political benefit but RSS have risen above such lines and engaged in nation building untiringly.
Describing RSS as a 'cultural centre', Das said his government would extend all help to set up such buildings in all the districts of the state.
