His first film, "Delhi Belly", was not just another Bollywood production, and seven years later filmmaker Abhinay Deo finally has a script that he hopes will be able to emulate success of the Imran Khan-starrer.
The director's next "Blackmail", a comedy, stars Irrfan Khan in the lead along with Kirti Kulhari, Divya Dutta, Arunoday Singh, Omi Vaidya, Anuja Sathe, Pradhuman Singh Mall, Gajraj Rao.
The film's teaser was recently released and features bare-chested Irrfan running on the streets in shorts and escaping from men who gives him a chase.
"'Delhi Belly' was an amazing script, and after the massive success of the film, I was looking for a script that would be at par if not better, and then finally 47 scripts and 6 years later I found the one.

"The moment I read the script, I knew that 'Blackmail' was the film I wanted to make next," Deo said in a statement.
The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar and Deo, and is scheduled to be released on April 6.
