Neeraj Langda, who has several cases registered against him including under the NDPS Act, was nabbed during routine check-up last night, police said.
He was riding a motorcycle that belonged to a policeman posted at Nawabganj police station, they said.
The arrested is being questioned to ascertain as to how he got hold of a vehicle belonging to a cop, they said.
