"According to the 2011 coalition pact with BJP, we can give only 45 seats to it. BJP should make its stand clear by Wednesday as not much time is left for the elections," Haryana Janhit Congress chief Kuldeep Bishnoi told reporters here.
Bishnoi claimed that he had asked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah to discuss the coalition and political situation in Haryana, a number of times but he was not given any time.
Bishnoi has also announced some of his candidates without consulting the alliance partner.
