Hoax bomb call in Lalbazar

An anonymous call claiming that a bomb was planted inside the Kolkata Police headquarter at Lalbazar today sent the police into a tizzy, but it turned out to be a hoax.
Kolkata Police control room at Lalbazar received the call at around 4.35 PM today about a bomb being planted inside the headquarter compound, a senior police officer said.
"An inquiry is on and we will soon apprehend the person," the officer said.
