Hockey helped me get through break-up: Taylor Kitsch
The 'Lone Survivor' hunk stays out of the Hollywood spotlight by splitting his time between his native Canada and Austin, Texas, where he filmed US TV series 'Friday Night Lights', and he has even managed to keep a steady relationship out of the public eye, reported Us magazine.
However, after the split from his unidentified girlfriend, he was left devastated and turned to the one thing that took his mind off his heartache - hockey.
"I'm not getting married next year, I'll tell you that much. Hockey's like therapy for me. I went through a terrible break-up a while ago and it was the one thing that allowed me to actually not think about it for an hour and a half," he said.
