Home Guard murder: Two arrested

A case was registered against seven persons out of which two had been arrested, they said.

Home Guard Vimal Tiwari was beaten to death yesterday by four men claiming to be journalists when he refused to allow a car carrying them to cross a traffic barricade at Vasundhara.

The barricade was set up to regulate traffic flow on the route used by 'Kanwariyas' (followers of Lord Shiva).

Efforts are on to arrest five others named in the case.
