Hooda dedicates development projects worth Rs 171 cr in Kosli

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today inaugurated development projects worth more than Rs 171 crore in Kosli Assembly constituency and alleged that the previous government had spent merely Rs 106 crore in this constituency during its tenure (1999-205).
Addressing a rally in Zainabad after inaugurating 15 projects and laying foundation stones of others including the Rs 34-crore Rao Birender Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hooda claimed his government has already spent about Rs 886 crore on development in this constituency.
Rubbishing negligence claims made by opposition parties and rebel Congress MP from Gurgaon Inderjit Singh, the chief minister referred to the developmental projects in the southern part of the state and said that many significant projects have been implemented in this area.
Apart from the five ITIs, a medical college in Mewat, a university in Rewari, a Central university in Mahendergarh, a Defence university in Gurgaon, a Sainik School in Rewari and now an engineering institute in Zainabad have been initiated in the area, he said.
The chief minister further claimed that during the last nine years, his government has implemented several projects for the welfare of all sections of the society and overall development of the state.
He appreciated Kosli MLA Rao Yaduvendra Singh, younger brother of Rao Inderjit Singh for their efforts for the development of the area.
Hooda also claimed that the previous INLD government had spent only Rs 457 crore on the development of Rewari, while his government has already spent about Rs 3567 crore.
And while for the Kosli constituency while the present government has spent about Rs 886 crore, the earlier government had spent about Rs 106 crore.
Meanwhile, Rao Yaduvendra Singh rubbished rumours about he quitting Congress and said that he has always had Hooda's support.
