The singer took to Twitter to slam the woman for secretly taking a picture of him sleeping and posting it on social media despite his no-selfie request, reported Aceshowbiz.
The image showed Horan, 22, wrapping himself in a blanket as he soundly slept on the plane.
"And to sum up the perfect European adventure, I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night," the fan wrote alongside it.
"Talked about Ireland, LSE, lolla and more. Not a British Duke... But an Irish popstar will do. Thanks for treating me so well Europe."
After learning of the fan's post, Horan shared it with his own Twitter followers and said in the caption, "I think this is unreal. I mean if you can't sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can you do?"
This isn't his first time to have an issue with his fans in the past few months.
