Hot day ahead in Delhi

The national capital woke up to a clear sky this morning with minimum temperature settling at 25.2 degree Celsius, one notch below normal for this time of the year.
However, the MeT department has predicted that the sky will become partly cloudy in the later half of the day with possibility of dust storms and thunderstorms in some areas.
The maximum temperature is expected to remain around 41 degree Celsius.
The day temperature had crossed the 40 degree mark yesterday to settle at 40.6 degree Celsius.
