Hot, sultry weather in Delhi

The weather was hot and sultry in in the national capital today with humidity remaining on the higher side.
The day temperature, which settled at 35.1 degree Celsius, was one notch above normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.8 deg C, two points below normal for this part of the year, MeT officials said.
The city received 9 mm rain in the last 24 hours ending at 8:30 in the morning.
Humidity was recorded between 63 and 93 per cent, which made Delhiites to sweat throughout the day.
The weatherman has predicted generally cloudy sky with light rains or thundershowers in some areas tomorrow. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain around 35 and 26 deg C respectively.
