HP CM to address Vikas Rally at Shimla

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh would address "Vikas rally" of Congress to be held on August 30 to apprise people about the achievements of the state government.
Virbhadra, HPCC president Sukhvinder Singh Sukkhu and other senior leaders of the party are expected to address the rally, an HPCC release said.
The government has launched Skill Development Allowance Scheme-2013 under which the eligible unemployed youth aged between 18 to 36 years, will be given monthly allowance of Rs 1,500, which was a poll promise made by the party, it said.
