Singh presided over the first meeting of Kangra District Congress Committe here to chalk out startegy to further strengthen the party before 2014 general elections.
"Discipline is the key factor for success," he said.
To help win maximum possible seats, the block and district committees need to ensure monthly meeting with an agenda focused on Mission 2014, he said and asked party workers to help solve the grievances of people.
