BJP youth wing national president Anurag Thakur today alleged that the state government led by Virbhadra Singh was working against the development of his parliamentary constituency Hamirpur.
"Virbhadra has rejected setting up of a Central University at Dehra in Hamirpur and shifted it to Dharamsala," Thakur told reporters here.
"Another project at Bilaspur in Hamirpur was shifted to another place. When Virbhadra was central minister, he stalled the opening of a railway link from Una to Ambala.
