Efforts are being made to fill up about 50,000 vacant posts in the state out of which 30,000 have already been advertised, Khattar said while addressing a rally in Ladwa here, organised by MLA Pawan Saini.
"Youth should focus on launching self-employment ventures and look for jobs in private organisations," he said.

Efforts are being made to fulfil the promises and resolutions made by both the Centre and state government. With a view to bringing transparency, admissions in schools have been linked with Aadhaar Cards, he said.
With the adoption of this procedure, four lakh admissions were found fake due to which the government had to close 350 schools, he added.
The state government is working towards improving the education system and a committee has been constituted to work on improving the education level right from school to university level, Khattar said.
In the first phase, the process to introduce monthly, half-yearly and annual examination in schools has begun and 100 girls' colleges will be set-up after carrying out the mapping, he said.
The Chief Minister also announced a number of schemes worth Rs 150 crore for the Ladwa Assembly constituency.
