Vaishali Superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar said acting on a tip-off, a team from the Sadar police station raided the place and seized 205 cartons of Indian Made Foreign Liquor(IMFL) worth over Rs one crore.
The liquor was hidden beneath soil and grass in a loaded truck, the SP said.
The brick kiln belongs to a former municipal councillor, he said adding, one person has been arrested.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on several occasions had expressed surprise over illegal transport of liquor from far-off places after liquor was banned in Bihar and had ordered a crackdown on the network.
