Huge cache of arms, ammunition recovered from Army camp

Army today said that a huge cache of arms and ammunition, including three AK-47 rifles and a grenade launcher with grenades, was recovered from the Army camp in Samba where militants had attacked yesterday killing four army men including an officer.
During search in the camp, three AK-47 rifles with magazines, one Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL) with six UBGL grenades, four hand grenades, improvised explosives in four bottles, a 9 mm pistol and magazines, besides huge quantity of ammunition were recovered from the slain terrorists, defence spokesman said here today.
The affiliation of the terrorists is being ascertained, he added.
