Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley said they have a rough idea of what might happen beyond the upcoming second series, reported Digital Spy.
"We think it could run longer than two series. Definitely we have a very rough playful notion of what we'd do in series beyond two," Vincent said at this weekend's MCM London Comic Con.
"We're still in the process of nailing down the stories for series two, of course, so that obviously has a knock-on effect. But we do think that far ahead."
"Humans" is loosely based on a Swedish series named "Real Humans", but Brackley and Vincent said that their second series will divert even further from the original show.
