Humid day in the Delhi
It was a humid day in the national capital with maximum temperature settling at 35.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
Despite humidity oscillating between 88 and 51 per cent, the city was abuzz with activities from hoisting of tricolour to kite flying as Delhiites celebrated the country's 72nd Independence Day today.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal.
The weatherman has forecast generally cloudy sky with light to moderate rain or thundershowers.
