I can now wear any dress or eat anything: Bell on pregnancy

'What Happens in Vegas' actress Lake Bell says she is upbeat about her pregnancy as it would allow her to gorge on tasty food without worrying about her weight.
The 35-year-old actress is expecting her first child with husband Scott Campbell, reported People magazine.
"Finally (I) can wear the dresses you can eat anything in. You don't have to pose for a photo. You can just relax and let it just accentuate your belly," she said.
Bell did not announce her pregnancy via social media or through her representative, rather she stepped out during a film festival with her growing bump on full display in a skintight jumpsuit.

"I think you start to get overwhelmed. You can over think it. I was just sick and tired of hiding it," she said.
