The singer said he has made dancing a part of his regime to stay fit for concerts, reported Conatctmusic.
"I train five or six days a week, but I don't go crazy. I alternate between gym work and dancing, then I do sprints, things like that. I'm training for stamina," he said.
The 'Mother's Little Helper' singer tries to go to bed early before a show and then follows a set of routines to make sure that he is in top shape for the performance.
Although the band members were known for their hard living throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s (guitarist Keith Richards regularly stayed up for days together), drummer Charlie Watts insisted that even after shows they are no longer able to party, reported Contactmusic.
