Bullock, 48, who is mother to an adopted baby boy Louis Bardo, said her entire life revolves around the child.
"I don't know if I feel like a bad mom, but at the end of the day I'm always plagued with, 'Did I do enough? Should I go in a different direction?' But I also know that my entire life revolves around my son Louis," she said.
Bullock, who co-stars with comedian and 'Bridesmaids' star Mellisa McCarthy in the film, said that kids helped the two bond while working.
The crime comedy film is being directed by Paul Feig and will hit theatres in India on June 28.
