The 27-year-old 'Hairspray' star has recently been dogged by reports about her mental state following a series of bizarre antics, which culminated with her posting topless self-portraits on Twitter last week.
And now she has come clean about cosmetic surgery, revealing she hates seeing the "webbing" between her eyes in old photos, reported New York Daily News.
"A magazine used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I have asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore," Bynes posted on Twitter.
"I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence," she tweeted.
