Actor Karan Kundra says he found it difficult to communicate his problems to others.
Karan says he could've avoided several problems had he tried to communicate with people.
"My problem was that I had communication problems, I used to not talk to people and I used to find solutions on my own. That's not the right thing to do. There would have been so many problems that would have been sorted if I had communicated," Karan told PTI.
The 31-year-old actor says he has learnt to let go of the habit with his girlfriend Anusha Dandekar and feels communication helps to make a relationship work.
"There are a lot of guys and girls who do not communicate. So, now with Anusha I have learnt that it's okay to communicate and tell them what is troubling you. It just adds to the relationship and you make it work."
The "Kitani Mohabbat Hai" star is all set to host the upcoming second season of MTV Love School along with Anusha.
Karan says since the duo will be hosting the show as a couple and talk about love, he is prepared that the audience will be in a way exposed to their relationship and views.
"I and Anusha are both in this line. As it is we are scrutinised day in and day out. Since we have been in a relationship for over a year now people already do it.
"So why not give them a proper place where they can actually see what we are talking about."
The actor, however, is not apprehensive on how the audience will react to the show which sees him sharing screen space as a host with his girlfriend for the first time.
"There is a reason why so many couples were chosen to be on the show but eventually the channel and the production house and everybody chose me and Anusha because not just do we have the audience support but also we have a certain way of life, our own opinions and principles which was required for the show.
"I think the people are going to love it specially Anusha because they have never seen her in this avatar."
The show is set to air today on MTV.
