Describing fetish for watches and tucking into sumptous food as the two passions in her life, actor Lisa Ray today said life had been a dream run post marriage with Jason Dehni last year.
"Oh!...I have lost count of watches. I keep collecting watches where-ever I go. But the big oversized ones in the luxurious range, in white and black colours, remain my all time favourites. Can't stop buying when I spot one," Lisa told PTI here.
Lisa averred that she could realise the virtues of the multi-tasker role of women more after marriage as they don't have enough time to painstakingly combine accessories for hours.
"Chrome watches are integral to my personality with which I can mix-and-match other accessories, bags, ear rings everything," Lisa the brand ambassador of Swiss watchmaker Rado, said.
Having hosted the 'Top Chef Canada', she confessed being a great foodie loving everything from momos, idlis, to Bengali 'posto', 'chingrimachh'.
"I would love to do a food show for Indian channels and that may happen after November once both me and my husband visits India by November," Lisa, who turned up in the acclaimed stage play Taj, opposite Kabir Bedi in Luminato, said.
"This is my home. I travel around so much in India. She said adding, "I have been a foodie since my childhood and and I am more in love with strret cuisine," she said.
Lisa, who had gone for stem cell transplant after a diagnosis years back, said, "Our civilisations knew medicinal effects of products like Haldi and Pipli for 5000 years and the west has just now taken up by the concept.
"Our pride lies in our tradition. People in west are today much more interested in Yoga, Ayurveda while in places like Mumbai people are discarding these values and practices and aping the West. We must put a halt to this practice," Oh My Gold (OMG) series Lady, set against the cultural-yet-contemporary backdrop of India, said.
Lisa Roy is the most suitable personality for her campaigns, TV shows and profile gelling with the brand image of ours, a Rado spokesman said.
