I'm pretty insecure: Mariah Carey

Pop star Mariah Carey says she is a "pretty insecure" individual but has slowly learned to deal with the feeling.
The 45-year-old "Without You" hitmaker said there are times when she doesn't like how she looks but is slowly learning to deal with those feelings as they are the "reality of [her] life," reported Female First.
"I am a pretty insecure person. But I have to get over that because this is the reality of my life. I look better than I looked a few months ago, but I am definitely not one of those people who says, 'I look amazing today.'

"My diet is very bleak. I overuse the word because there is a lot of bleakness going on. My bleak diet is horrendous, but I don't want to tell anyone about it because it's none of their business. I just don't want people commenting," she said.
