The 42-year-old German fashionista has been dating Schnabel since early 2014, reported E! online.
"I'm very much in love, so my eyes only have the hearts for someone else," Klum said.
The "America's Got Talent" star, said its not one thing but Schnabel's whole personality that attracted her towards him.
"How do you know when it is? You just feel it, and then you know. Is there something that you can pinpoint on someone? It's just a whole package that you fall in love with, right?," she said.
