Idina Menzel's divorce taught her not to be hard on herself
The "Frozen" star ended her 11-year marriage to Taye Diggs in 2014, reported People magazine.
"You learn to try to not be so hard on yourself. You have a lot of regret with a child, feeling like you're failing them in some way and not giving them the idealistic scenario," Menzel said.
The 45-year-old singer, who has seven-year-old Walker with Taye, recently got engaged to Aaron Lohr and is happy about the new beginning.
"I'm super happy, yeah! Very happy. I'm happy because it's all coming together, everything feels good. I went through a lot of stuff and its new beginnings.
