Idol of Goddess Parvathy found in sea

An idol of Goddess Parvathy was today found in the sea off the Subramaniaswamy temple here by devotees who were taking bath, officials said.
Officials said it was not known whether it was a 'panchaloha' idol or idol made of any other metal.
It was handed over to revenue officials.
