IIM students injured as stage collapses

Nineteen students of city-based Indian Institute of Management (IIM) were injured after the stage caved in during a photo session before the convocation ceremony, an official said.
"Nineteen students of the institute were injured during a photo shoot that was held before the convocation function, when the stage collapsed," IIM-Indore spokesman Akhtar Parvez told reporters.
The students were taken to a private hospital in the city. Seventeen of them were given first aid, while two others have been admitted, he said.
