"MP Border Checkpost Development Company Limited, a subsidiary of the company, which had been mandated the development of 24 border check posts by MPRDC (MP Road Development Corporation), has been issued provisional completion certificate to commercially operate the Mhow Neemuch border check post," ILF&S Transportation said.
The company in a BSE filing stated that it has been given permission to operate the check post with effect from January 27.
It said the contract is in addition to the existing five border checkposts already operated by it on Agra-Mumbai, Indore-Ahmedabad, Shivpuri-Kota, Betul Nagpur and Indore-Icchapur stretches.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 116.75 apiece on BSE at about 2.55 pm.
