Ind municipal councillor, former BJP office bearer join Cong

An Independent municipal councillor and a former BJP office bearer today joined Congress.
Councillor from West Sagarpur Usha Gupta and former BJP office bearer Ashok Gupta joined the party at a function in presence of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
