In a statement, the embassy here outlined some of the violations which included overstay beyond the expiry of visa, non-registration with the Police when required, use of wrong visa category, not observing the minimum 60 day between visits when travelling on tourist visa, medical attendant visas holders travelling without the patient etc.
"All these conditions need observance as violations leads to fines, delays and in some cases denial of visa services... Given our close relations, we want the Afghan travellers to have a hassle free visit to India, so we request all travellers to help us to serve them better," the statement said.
