"Top five countries with maximum number of tennis fans are the USA, India, UK, Italy and Philippines," the study said.
The social media website said the study was based on an analysis of all conversations among users from June 24 to July 1, during the ongoing Wimbledon championship.
"Over 11.6 million global interactions were analysed on the social media site, which includes mentions, likes and comments," it said.
