The teams vying for the Cup in the men's category include ONGC, Railways, Maharashtra, Indian Overseas Bank (Chennai), Punjab, Services and Bhavnagar Youngsters. The four -team women's category consists of Southern Railway, Punjab, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, said a media release here today.
The eight-day meet, sponsored by United Phosphorous and co-sponsored by Tridhaatu Realty Infra, will be held at the Don Bosco School's basketball courts in Matunga.
It would feature a host of international and national stars such as Vishesh Bhriguvanshi, Amritpal Singh, Riyazuddin and Yadwinder from ONGC, Amjyot Singh from IOB - among men - Geetu Anna Jose and Anitha Pauldurai from Southern Railway, Anju Lakra from Chattisgarh, among women.
The women's competition would be a round robin with the top two making it to the final.
