The 52-year-old Kubicki, who has years of managerial experience besides plying his trade at Premiership clubs like Aston Villa and Sunderland in his playing days, will conduct the workshop at the capital's Ambedkar Stadium.
The initiative is being undertaken by Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) in partnership with Nisha Sports Group. Considering the anticipation around the U-17 World Cup, the two tied up to organise a India-Polish Sports Week from Sunday.
"He added, "It won't be easy but they will have to try and get there. Even infrastructure is very important for development of football because without that things don't move at at the pace they are supposed to."
The defender played played an active part in Sunderland's promotion to the Premier League in 1996.
