Indiabulls Real Estate net grows twofold to Rs 90.68 crore

Total income for the April-June period stood at Rs 751.34 crore

Realty player Indiabulls Real Estate today reported a twofold surge in net profit for the quarter ended June 30, at Rs 90.68 crore on improved realisation.

The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 38.85 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

Its total income for the April-June period stood at Rs 751.34 crore as against Rs 623.48 crore, registering a growth of 20.5 per cent.

During the quarter, the company reported new sales of Rs 801 crore.

Indiabulls received an equity infusion of Rs 538 crore by the promoter during the quarter.

The scrip closed at Rs 61.80 a piece, down 1.83 per cent on BSE which ended today at 28,187.06, up 0.26 per cent.
