"I think Indian food is more that just being spicy and hot. Australia is a new country and the cuisine is also newly developed. But India has a long history and the food reflects that. The Indian cuisine is full of history and love and is also very versatile," Sarah told PTI.
Sarah, who was introduced to Indian food by her longtime partner Devinder Garcha, an Indian-origin Brit, said she is making the most of her trip and has already visited famous eating joints in old Delhi and other parts of the country.
Sarah made it to the top ten of the sixth season of cooking-reality show 'Master Chef Australia' and has been doing the demo of some of the dishes that she made during her stint on the show here.
Before participating in 'Master Chef', Sarah was a successful model and has walked the runway for Gucci and others brands.
Sarah also revealed that she is planning to write a cook book in near future.
