Arun Kaliamurthy, who has a master's degree in information systems and was looking for a job here, had claimed trial to a single charge of failing to disperse from the riot scene despite police orders to do so.
The 29-year-old will be sentenced by District Judge Shaiffudin Saruwan on June 2, The Straits Times reported.
Twenty-five Indians were charged with rioting.
All the others have been convicted and sentenced to jail and some with caning.
The December 2013 riot was sparked by a fatal accident involving an Indian natonal working here.
Fifty-eight police and defence officers were injured and 23 emergency vehicles damaged in the riot in Little India, a precinct of Indian origin shops, businesses, pubs, eateries, hotels and motels.
