The company had posted a net loss of Rs 365.46 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Indian Hotels Company said in a filing to the BSE.
Standalone net sales also rose to Rs 610.77 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 577.72 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's consolidated net loss for the full fiscal is Rs 378.10 crore as against a loss Rs 553.85 crore for the previous financial year.
In a separate filing to BSE, Indian Hotels said its board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
The Indian Hotels Company Ltd and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
Shares of Indian Hotels Company Ltd today closed at Rs 102.40 per scrip on the BSE, up 1.94 per cent from the previous close.
